Rules:

1. No colored text, ascii or anything else. It's stupid.

2. No "bold". This is even more stupid.

3. No flooding. We do have several IRCops that relax in our channel, but if you come in and flood you'll probably regret it.

4. No inviting/advertising. Chances are good that if you do this, you're either going to lose your channel or have some of our ops actually join your channel and humiliate the hell out of you.

5. This is an English speaking channel. If you do not speak English, then we advise you look for a channel that speaks your native language.

6. No 'asl' checks. If people want you to know their 'asl', they'll tell you.

7. Do not ask for help. This is not a help channel and even though there might be IRCops in our channel, this does not mean they are specifically there to help you. If they're in our channel they're relaxing. Please go to #operhelp or #dalnethelp if you need help with services or any other problem that you would need IRCop assistance with.

8. The final, but probably most important rule, don't be an idiot. I do realize this leaves a lot of room for interpretation, but that's what our ops are here for. If any of our ops determine that you're falling into the "idiot" category, they'll remove you from the channel. If you bitch and complain about it, that'll only lead to an akick.
